A 3-piece EPS stack: a solid bottom, a grid layer with your cavities cut all the way through, and a solid lid.

A foam tray with slots in the walls. Ribs slide into the slots, so you can move them to make bigger or smaller spaces any time.

How far apart the rib positions are. Smaller = finer steps.

Tip: drag a rib in the 3D or top view to move it. It snaps to the nearest slot.

Add a cavity for each part. Pick a shape, set the size, then drag it into place on the top view. Overlap shapes to combine them.

Box

We size the box to the insert automatically. Boxes are plain corrugated; your branding goes on the logo sticker.

A vinyl logo sticker for each box. Vector art (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) cuts cleanest; we send a proof either way.
